1. Basics: Protecting your Account
Your account is the key to access not only to service, but also to your wallet.
Confidentiality of login information:
Never share your username and password with anyone.
Our Support Team never requests your passwords by mail, chat, or phone (clause 3.3 of User Agreement).
Strong password:
Use a complex, unique password that you don't use on other sites.
Responsibility for actions:
All actions performed using your account (including service orders and payments) are considered committed by you personally (clause 4.3 of the Offer Agreement).
Important:
If your password is lost or compromised, change it immediately.
If you cannot access your account, contact customer support immediately.
2. Rules for safe replenishment of wallet and payment
Official methods only:
Top up your wallet and pay for services only through official payment methods integrated into the interface (Clause 3.4 of the Offer Agreement).
Preliminary check:
Before confirming payments, always check the correctness of details and the amount of transaction.
Fixed cost:
The cost of the service is finally determined at the time of the order and cannot be changed after payment (clause 3.1 of Offer Agreement).
3. Secure settlements between users
When transferring funds to other users (for example, paying a reward to a Performer), remember:
Service commission:
Internal transfer between users is subject to a Service commission of 4%, unless otherwise is specified on ZIO Website (clause 7.4 of User Agreement). Keep this in mind when forming the amount.
Confirmation of work completion:
As Customer, you are obligated to confirm the completion of Task only after you are fully satisfied with the result and have checked it (clause 6.6 of User Agreement). Do not confirm the completion in advance to avoid being decieved later.
4. Withdrawal of funds: what you need to know
Verified banking details:
To withdraw funds, specify only banking details (for example, QIWI wallet number) that belong to you and to which you have access.
Processing time:
Funds are withdrawn within the time limits set by the rules of Service (for example, up to 4 business days)
(clause 7.2 of the User Agreement).
Refund of funds:
The refund of deposited funds is usually possible in the same way as the payment was made, minus the costs associated with the refund (clause 7.3 of User Agreement).
Upon termination of use of service, you can request a refund of the remaining balance on your wallet (clause 6.5 of Offer Agreement).
5. How to act in controversial situations
If there is a problem with payment, task completion, or transfer: claim procedure is mandatory.
First, you must contact ZIO Support Team to resolve the dispute (clause 8.1 of User Agreement).
The decision of our team is final for parties of the dispute (clause 8.2 of the User Agreement).
For more complex issues related to paid services, you can send an official written complaint to Contractor (clause 5.2 of Offer Agreement).
6. What to avoid: main risks
Transfer of your account to third parties. Do not allow other people to use your account.
Participation in questionable transactions. Do not post or complete assignments that violate laws or regulations of Service (clause 6.2 of User Agreement). This may lead to the account and funds being blocked.
Payment outside the service. Never transfer money to other users directly (through banks, transfer systems), bypassing internal wallet. In this case, you will lose the protection of Service.
Responding to suspicious requests.
Ignore emails and messages asking you to provide card details, SMS codes, and other confidential information.
