Where to find services
To access service catalog, open Freelance Marketplace tab in the top menu. Here you’ll see Services section — a catalog of freelancers and their offers.
For easier navigation, you can use filters:
- Category — to choose the right specialization.
- Posting period — view all services, or only new ones added in the last month or week.
- Price — sort from lowest to highest, or vice versa.
Filters help to quickly find right freelancer without scrolling through the entire list manually.
How to order service
When you find a suitable service, open its page and click «Order».
If your balance isn’t sufficient, the system will notify you. In that case, you can top up your balance → see instructions in Help → Wallet.
Once the order is placed, the system automatically creates a task and notifies freelancer.
Discussing the details
After task is created, a built-in chat will appear — it opens right below order card. You can use it to clarify details, share materials, or ask questions.
If during discussion turns out that extra work is needed, you can select additional services offered by freelancer. Please note: these additions will increase total price and may affect delivery time.
When freelancer starts working
Freelancer must confirm the start of work within 24 hours. This action officially accepts order and starts delivery countdown.
If freelancer doesn’t make confirmation in time, the task will be automatically canceled. In that case, you can choose one of two options:
- select another freelancer,
- adjust the order details and try again.
