The ZIO platform features a comprehensive synchronization system between its core task management tools: Kanban, Boards, Gantt Charts, and Calendar. This creates a unified workspace and ensures data is always up to date across all services.
Main advantage: You can create a task in any service — Kanban, Sprints, Calendar, or Gantt Chart — and it will automatically appear in all the others.
When creating a task, you can assign it to a sprint, and the sprint name will then be displayed on the task card in Kanban.
On the Sprints page, you can also create a task, set its due dates, and the task will appear in the other services.
