    Sprints

Sprints Service helps the team focus on tasks that need to be completed within a limited period of time (sprint). It allows planning work, tracking progress, and accounting for automatically calculated results.

    Creating a Sprint

    1. On the "Sprints" page, select the project for which the sprint is being created

    2. Click the "Create Sprint" button

In the opened form, fill in the fields:
      • Sprint Name

      • Description (briefly, what the sprint is about)

      • Start Date and End Date

      • Click the "Create" button.

The new sprint will appear in the "Current Sprints" list.

    Adding Tasks to a Sprint

    1. Go to the service where the project tasks are located (e.g., "Kanban", "Gantt Chart", "Boards").

    2. Find the required task and open it.

    3. In the task editing window, find the "No Sprint" field, select the created sprint from the dropdown list, and save the changes.

    4. The sprint name will be displayed on the task card.

    Editing Tasks in a Sprint

    1. In the sprint, you can open the task editing window via the "Three dots" menu -> "Edit Task", or by double-clicking the left mouse button on the task card.

    2. A task can be moved between the sprint columns "In Progress"/"Completed" using the move function:

      • Moving by changing the status in the task editing window.

      • In the PC version: grab the task by pressing and holding the left mouse button on any edge of the task card and drag it to the desired column.

      • In the mobile version: press the "Move" button in the lower right corner of the task card and drag it to the desired column.

    Tracking Progress

    1. After adding a task, it automatically appears in the "In Progress" column on the sprint page.

    2. When a task is completed and its status is changed (e.g., in "Kanban"), it moves to the "Completed" column within the sprint.

    3. The sprint progress bar is automatically recalculated as a percentage based on the number of completed tasks.

    Completing a Sprint

After the sprint end date passes, the sprint is automatically moved to the "Past Sprints" section.

All tasks from the completed sprint remain in the project.

The project author and editor have permission to create sprints. The author can change access permissions for project participants.
