General Notifications
These notifications are related to the account, finances, and basic interactions.
1. Welcome email upon registration
When it arrives: Immediately after account creation.
2. Email with account login/password recovery link
When it arrives: With every login or access recovery request.
3. Contact invitation
When it arrives: When another user sends you a request to add you as a contact.
4. Balance top-up
When it arrives: After funds have been successfully credited to your account.
Team-related Notifications
1. Team invitation
When it arrives: You have been invited to join a team.
Recipient: The invited user.
2. Team member joined/left/was removed
When it arrives: Upon any change in the team's composition.
Recipient: All team members or only the creator/administrators (depends on settings).
3. Plan expiration reminder (14, 7, 3, 2, 1 day(s) before)
When it arrives: A specified number of days before the team's plan expires.
Recipient: Only the team creator.
4. Plan expired. Deletion in 30 days
When it arrives: On the day the plan's term ends.
Recipient: All team members or only the creator.
Task-related Notifications
1. Assigned as Assignee/Responsible person
When it arrives: When you are assigned to one of these roles in a task.
Recipient: The assigned user.
2. Changes in a task (description, title, priority)
When it arrives: After changes are saved by any participant.
Recipient: Everyone involved with the task (assignee, responsible person, guests).
3. Comment on a project task
When it arrives: When someone leaves a new comment on a task where you are a participant.
Recipient: Everyone involved with the task (assignee, responsible person, guests).
4. New task in a project
When it arrives: When a new task is created in a project you are a member of.
Recipient: Everyone involved with the task (assignee, responsible person, guests).
