    Working with service

    How to work with order

When a customer pays for your service, you’ll receive a notification about new order — both in the system and by email (if notifications are enabled).

Open order card to view all details and start working.

    Starting work

To officially begin, open order card and click «Start work». This step is important — it confirms that you’ve accepted the order and that work has officially started.

Pay attention to timings: you have 24 hours to confirm the beginning of work. If you don’t do this within the time limit, the order will be automatically canceled and funds will be returned to cusromer.

Once confirmed, customer will see that you’ve started the task, and work timer will begin.

    Additional services

If your service includes extra options (checkboxes), cusromer can select and pay for them when placing the order.

    In order card, you’ll see:
    - which additional options were selected,
    - their cost,
    - how they affect the delivery time.

All of these are part of the same order — make sure to complete work taking all paid additions into account.

If customer needs something beyond what was originally paid for (for example, an extra task or a larger scope of work), they can click «Add to Service».

In additional service request, customer specifies:
    - what needs to be done,
    - how much extra time is required,
    - the price.

You’ll receive this offer and can choose to accept or decline it.

Work on the main order may be paused while the request is under review.

    Completing the work

When everything is ready — both main task and any additional services — send the result to customer through order card and change its status to «Completed».

Customer will review your work and confirm completion. Once confirmed, the order is considered done.
