Starting work with task
When a customer selects you as the performer, the task appears in your task list. To officially begin work, open the order card and click:
1. «Go to Task»
2. «Start Work»
From that moment, customer will see that you’ve started the task, and deadline countdown will begin.
Important: if you don’t click «Start Work» within 24 hours, the order will be automatically canceled and returned to the marketplace.
Completing task
Carry out work according to task description and all previously agreed conditions.
All communication and file exchanges take place directly within the order card — it’s convenient and keeps full history of your conversation.
If you need to clarify or adjust anything during the process, it’s best to discuss it with the customer in chat right away.
Additional Services
Sometimes new tasks may arise during the project — for example, refining text, adding more options, or preparing extra files.
In such a case, customer can request this through «Add service» button.
This form includes the following boxes to fill in:
- Task description — what exactly needs to be done;
- Deadline — how much additional time is needed;
- Price —cost of extra work.
After form is submitted, you’ll see proposal in order card and you can:
- Accept — work on the task will continue with updated terms;
- Decline — if additional task doesn’t fit or goes beyond the original scope.
During negotiation period, the main work may be temporarily paused until both sides come to agreement.
