ZIO platform helps to systematically develop professional skills.
What are types of skills?
Hard Skills: Professional (for example, programming, design, copywriting).
Soft Skills: Universal (for example, communication, negotiation, teamwork).
How to level up
Each skill has a level from 1 to 5. There are three ways to upgrade them:
- Performing tasks on freelance maketplace.
- Passing tests to confirm knowledge.
- By studying courses and articles of the platform.
Why is this necessary?
- Your resume and portfolio are getting stronger.
- It's easier to be selected by your customers.
- You get more difficult and expensive tasks.
- The system automatically tracks and shows your progress.
