    Creating and setting up team

    To navigate to the "My Teams" section, there are two ways:

    • Through the top horizontal menu: tab "Services" → "My Teams" section

    • Through the vertical profile menu: "My Teams" heading

      

    The "My Teams" page shows:

    1. Teams where you are the creator

    2. Teams where you are the editor

    3. Teams where you are a member

    4. Team invitations – if you are invited to a team, an orange circle will appear on the "Invitations" button, meaning there is a new invitation

    Creating team

    To create a new team:
    Press the "Create Team" button
    On the "Plans" page, select a plan

    1. Go to the "My Teams" tab

    2. On the team card, click the three dots


    1. Fill in the fields in the team editing window



    1. To save the data, click the "Save" button

    2. You can send a team invitation in two ways:
      – In the editing window, enter the user's login or email and click the "Add" button




    – Or on the team card, click the "Invite" button

    10. After clicking the "Invite" button, a modal window will open where you enter the user's email address or login

    1. The number of invited members depends on the selected plan

    2. In the team editing window, you can buy a token pack: click the "Buy Tokens" button and select the required AI pack for the team on the "AI Packs" page

      

    Team tokens can be distributed among team members by setting limits. More detailed information can be found on the "Help" page in the "Tokens" article.

    Team plans

    The platform offers a flexible plan system with different numbers of members, projects, and storage space. You can view all plans in the "Plans" section.

    Important notifications

    1. When the project limit is exceeded, the system will notify: "The team has exceeded the project limit"

    2. When the team composition changes: "The team has been changed"

    3. When the plan expires: "You will soon be unable to use the team's projects"

    4. 30 days after the plan expires, the team and all its projects will be deleted

    5. Suspending the subscription is not available – you can simply not renew it, after which the team will be deactivated
