When deleting a team before the tariff period expires, please keep the following conditions in mind:
Conditions for deleting a team
If you delete a team early, no refund will be issued for the unused period of the tariff.
Deleting a team will result in the permanent loss of all data:
All team projects
Files and documents
Discussion and task history
Settings and configurations
Team tokens
Process for deleting a team
Go to the "My Teams" section
Select the team you want to delete, click the three dots, and in the pop‑up window choose "Delete"
Alternatively, in the team settings, find the "Delete team" option
After clicking "Delete", confirm the action by clicking the "Delete" button
Important warnings
Deleting a team cannot be undone
All data will be lost without the possibility of recovery
If you have an active subscription, it will be automatically cancelled
Funds for the current paid period are non‑refundable
Recommendations before deletion
Save important data and files to your local device
Notify team members about the planned deletion
Finish all current projects and tasks
