    Log-in problems

    Invalid username or password

    First, check the keyboard layout: the password must be entered in the correct layout, without unnecessary spaces and case-sensitive.

    Pay attention to whether Caps Lock is not active — capital letters can change the password.

    When logging in from your phone, temporarily disable T9 and autocorrect — they sometimes change characters and create typing errors.

    If you still can't log in, click on "Forgot your password?" in the account login window. The system will send an email to restore access to the email linked to the account.

    Make sure that you have access to this mail and check the Spam folder — the email can sometimes end up there.

    Forgot your username?

    If you don't remember your username, check your email address. Immediately after registration, you receive an email with your login information.

    Check all incoming messages, including the Spam folder.

    If there is no email or you no longer have access to this mail, unfortunately, you will not be able to restore your account. We recommend creating a new one.

    The page won't open or the site won't load

    When the site is not loading, first check the Internet connection - it should be stable.

    Refresh the page (press F5 if logged in from a computer, or the refresh button in the browser).

    If nothing has changed, open the site in another browser — for example, Chrome, Firefox or Safari — or from another device.

    Sometimes clearing the cache and cookies helps: old data may interfere with the correct download.

    If the page still does not work after that, it is possible that technical work is underway on the server side. Wait 15-30 minutes and try again.

    The login fields are not displayed

    If the login and password form does not appear on the login page, try closing and restarting the browser or application.

    Sometimes a simple reboot of the device helps.

    Make sure that the latest version is installed (if there is a problem in the application) — older versions may not work correctly.

    The captcha doesn't work or doesn't load.

    If the captcha doesn't load at all, check your internet connection — you need a stable connection to download the images.

    Sometimes captcha is hindered by ad blockers such as AdBlock — disable them or open the site in Incognito mode.

    If the captcha widget is loading, but the system constantly issues an error: move the fragment carefully and more slowly, let the fragment "catch"

    If necessary, update the image, click on the "Update" button in the upper-right corner above the captcha.

    If the captcha appears over and over again after passing through, clear the browser cache and take a short break.
    The network may have been temporarily marked as suspicious.

    If the situation does not change, contact our technical support — this may be a sign of account blocking.

    Suspected account hacking

    If there is a suspicion of strange activity, for example, sending messages on your behalf or not logging in to your account, then:

    First, change the password from the email to which the account is linked.

    Then change the password inside the service to exclude third-party access.

    After that, contact customer support and describe the situation in as much detail as possible — this will help restore access faster.

    Also, check your device with an antivirus: malware often causes data leaks.
