Incorrect login or password
First, check your keyboard layout: the password must be entered in correct layout, with no extra spaces and with proper cases.
Make sure Caps Lock isn’t on — uppercase letters will change the password.
If you’re signing in from your phone or tablet, temporarily disable T9 and auto-correct — they sometimes change characters and cause typing errors.
If you still can’t sign in, click «Forgot password?» on the login window — the system will send recovery instructions to the email linked to your account.
Make sure you have access to that email and check your Spam folder — the message may end up there.
Forgot your login?
If you can’t remember your login, check your email — the account details are sent there right after registration.
Check all inboxes, including the Spam folder.
If there’s still no message found or you no longer have access to that email, unfortunately, your account cannot be recovered. We recommend creating a new one.
Page won’t open or site won’t load
If the site won’t load, start by checking your internet connection — it should be stable.
Try refreshing the page (press F5 on a computer, or use the browser’s refresh button).
If nothing changes, try opening the site in a different web browser (for example, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari) or on another device.
Clearing your cache and cookies can help too — old data sometimes prevents pages from loading correctly.
If the page still doesn’t work after that, the server may be undergoing maintenance. Wait 15–30 minutes and try again.
Login boxes are not visible
If the page loads but the login/password boxes don’t appear — try closing and reopening the browser or the app.
A simple device restart can also help.
Make sure you have the latest version (if the issue occurs in the app) — older versions may behave incorrectly.
Also check your device’s date and time: enable automatic synchronization — incorrect settings can prevent interface elements from loading.
Captcha won’t load or unable to be gone through (I’m not a robot)
If captcha doesn’t load at all, check your internet connection — images require a stable connection.
Ad blockers like AdBlock can interfere with captchas — try disabling them or open the site in Incognito mode.
If captcha widget loads but keeps returning an error, don’t rush: click carefully and follow the task exactly as written.
If needed, refresh images using Refresh button inside captcha window.
If captcha keeps reappearing after completion, clear your browser cache and take a short break. Your network may be temporarily flagged as suspicious.
If the problem persists, contact our Support Team — this may be an indication that your account is blocked.
Suspicious Account Activity
If you notice unusual activity — for example, mass messages sent from your account or you can’t sign in — act immediately:
First, change password for the email linked to your account.
Then change password inside the service to prevent further unauthorized access.
After that, contact Support Team and describe the situation in as much detail as possible — this will help to restore access faster.
Also scan your device with antivirus software: malwares often cause data leaks.
