A user without access rights does not see the project.
A user who has Member rights in the project but no access rights to a task does not see that task within the project.
To see a project and its tasks, a user must have at least Member rights.
If a user had no access to a task, but is then assigned as the task assignee, they automatically receive Member access rights.
