    Withdrawal of funds

«Wallet» section is where you manage your balance — you can top up your account, review transaction history, and withdraw funds to your bank details.

To request a withdrawal, you’ll first need to open the wallet page. There are several ways to do this.

Option 1: From the top menu (Balance tab)

In the top navigation bar, click the Balance tab. Next to it, you’ll see a «+» icon — click it, and you’ll be automatically redirected to the Wallet page.

By default, the Top Up tab will open, but you can easily switch to the Withdraw Funds tab.

Option 2: From your profile’s side menu

In your profile’s vertical (side) menu, select Wallet.

This will open your balance page. Top Up tab appears by default, but you can switch to Withdraw, that is located right next to it.

Option 3: From the «Services» section in the top menu

Open the top horizontal menu and select «Services». In the list, find «Wallet» — click it to go directly to your balance page.

Top Up tab will be active by default, and the Withdraw tab will be right next to it.

    How to Request a Withdrawal

    - RUB (Russian rubles).

    Available withdrawal methods

For USD accounts, funds can be withdrawn to a bank card (MIR, VISA) or via other supported international payment systems.

    For RUB accounts:
    - for self-employed users with a Sberbank account,
    - for self-employed users with other bank accounts,
    - to an individual entrepreneur’s (IE) card,
    - to a personal card.

    How to Complete the Withdrawal

Enter the amount you’d like to withdraw in the Withdrawal amount field.

    The minimum withdrawal amount is:
    - $2 for USD transactions,
    - 500 ₽ for RUB transactions.

Before confirming, check the fee shown below the form so you know the exact total amount to be deducted.

Once everything looks good, click Withdraw and confirm the operation. Your request will then be sent for processing, and you can track its status in your transaction history.

    Withdrawal Fees

Fees depend on the currency and the selected withdrawal method:
    - for RUB card withdrawals (other banks): 2%
    - for USD card withdrawals: 5%, but not less than $2

For all other methods: usually around 5%, with a minimum fee of $2

    Important Notes

The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 ₽ for RUB and $2 for USD.

Make sure your balance covers both the withdrawal amount and the fee.

Double-check your bank details before confirming to avoid delays.

If transaction doesn’t go through, try another withdrawal method or contact our Support Team — we’ll be happy to help.
