Recommended workflow
Step 1. Create a new task
On the bottom toolbar, find and click Create Task button
A new task card will automatically appear on the board.
Step 2. Opening task editing form
Click on three dots in upper-right corner of the card.
A task editing form opens with several sections.
Step 3. Filling in task parameters
Basic parameters:
- Enter task name
- Add description of the task
- Attach necessary files
In the drop-down list, select the status of current stage of work.:
"New"
"At work"
"Under review"
"Verified"
"Completed"
Set execution priority from 1 to 10 where 10 is the most urgent to finish, and 1 is the least urgent.
Assign an executor to complete the task
Add tags if necessary
Completion dates:
Specify "Start date" of the task by selecting the date from calendar
Set "End date" of the task
The system will automatically calculate the duration of task in days
Access rights:
Set appropriate access level for each project participant:
"Author"
"Editor"
"Participant"
"Guest"
"No access"

Resource planning:
In "Number of days" field, specify the planned duration of task.
In "Hours spent" field, enter an estimate of labor costs in man-hours
In Task Cost field, specify budget or planned cost.
Step 4. Save and synchronize the task
After filling out the form, click blue "Save" button at the bottom of the window.
The form will close, and all changes will be saved automatically.
The task is instantly synchronized with all related services.
Kanban board will be updated to reflect new task status.
Step 5. Visual design of board using toolbar
Adding text elements:
On the bottom panel, click "Text" icon (the "T" icon)
Click anywhere on the board and enter desired text.
Move text blocks next to relevant tasks for explanations.
Working with graphic elements:
Click "Add Image"
Select needed file on your device and place it on the board.
Use "Geometric Shapes" to create:
- Rectangles for grouping tasks
- Circles to highlight priority areas
- Lines to separate areas of the board
- "Arrows" to visually display the sequence of tasks.
Visual highlighting and correction:
Select Marker tool for free drawing.
Use different colors to color-code elements.
Use "Eraser" to remove drawn elements.
Adjust design as needed.
Step 6. Organization and alignment of elements
Activate Grid tool on the bottom panel.
All elements will automatically "magnetize" to grid lines.
Achieve a clear visual location:
- Align task cards vertically and horizontally
- Keep equal spaces between elements.
- Create logical groupings of related tasks.
