    Working with calendar

There are several ways to open the Calendar service: 1. On the profile page, click on the Calendar heading in the vertical menu. 2. Open the "Services" section in the horizontal menu, and then click on the Calendar heading.

The general principle of operation The calendar displays tasks from all your projects synchronized with the Whiteboards, Kanban, and Gant services. If the task has a start date and an end date, it automatically appears in the calendar. To view the tasks, select a project 1) The side menu on the left shows all your projects 2) To see the tasks of a specific project, click on its name in the list

    3) The calendar will display all the tasks of the selected project with the set dates
Filtering issues by status Above the calendar, you can see three tabs that help you focus on the tasks you need.: Active tasks that have not expired yet. Overdue tasks whose deadline has already passed Completed closed tasks
In addition to the standard tabs with statuses, flexible task display settings are available in the calendar via the Filters button.
After selecting the required values, click "Apply" to update the calendar. To reset all the selected filters, use the Reset button. Managing the calendar view For convenience, you can choose the appropriate format for displaying tasks in the upper-right corner: "Month", "Week" or "Day"
Work features: To view the tasks, select a specific project in the side menu. Tasks without specified start and end dates are not displayed in the calendar. All changes (including date changes) in tasks are automatically synchronized between the calendar and other services. Important: The calendar is used to visualize tasks with set deadlines. You can create tasks only by linking to a specific project. The calendar provides a visual representation of the schedule of tasks from all workspaces, helping to effectively plan the time frame for work.
