How it works
Just a few steps and you will receive calls through the website
Install the widget on the website
Copy the finished code from the CRM and paste it into the HTML of your website. The widget will appear in the corner of the screen
Set up processing scenarios
Choose who to forward calls to: a specific manager, a group, or enable auto-call via IP telephony
Specify the work schedule
Determine when the widget suggests calling now and when to leave a callback number
Accept and process
New applications are sent to CRM. You can immediately call the client from the system or delegate it to a colleague
